Runs during Tet holiday

With so many people away during the holiday period, runs will take place on a purely casual basis. So, this Saturday, all interested runners should meet at 3.55pm by Sedona Suites entrance on To Ngoc Van street to agree a route. We will not have a run leader.

Speed Training this Wednesday (tonight) at 8.15pm will also be held on a casual basis – numbers were low last week, and we anticipate the same for tonight. There will be no speed training next Wednesday 25th.

Don’t forget preparations are underway for our next event – the Turn Up And Run 2012 Tet 10km!
